What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: Create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere where every guest feels valued and cared for, ensuring their dining experience is unforgettable.
- Lead and Support the Team: Set an example for professionalism and hospitality, coaching and developing team members to meet and exceed service expectations.
- Foster Communication and Growth: Encourage open dialogue between staff and management, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage service flow during shifts, handle cash and closing procedures, and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Drive Guest Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with our guests, cultivating a sense of community and loyalty.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are met to provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Support Administrative Needs: Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately to support the restaurant’s operations.
What You Bring:
- Previous leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A calm and steady approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to maintaining high service and operational standards.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
