What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner position at Keeping It Clean, LLC?
This is not a full-time position. Up to 7 days a week for approximately 3 hours in the evening. This position pays $35 per day. Must be able to work every other weekend, 15-25 hours a week. Additional work may be available. We are looking for a janitor to carry out cleaning and floor care. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Immediate Opening -
- Toledo, OH - Medical facility, 43614 - 5 days a week - 3 hours in the evening - 15-25 hours a week
- Weekdays - 9 PM to 12 AM and Weekends - 5 PM to 8 PM
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven work experience - will train right candidate
- Ability to handle floor care equiptment - autoscrubber/buffer
- Integrity and ability to work independently
