What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Scheduling Coordinator position at KeepMeHome?
We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join the team of Scheduling Coordinators in our Berlin office. The position is part time (24-30 hrs/week). The normal schedule would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am-6pm. There would be occasional weekend shifts, but only on an as needed basis. Spanish speaking is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Match, assign and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability and client requirements.
- Communicating with clients, families and case managers on an ongoing basis
- Handle large daily volume of incoming phone calls/emails
- Interview and qualify candidates for a variety of health care positions
- Assist in managing daily office activities
- Use Sandata operating system to manage caregiver schedules
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of home care industry
- Comfortable taking large amount of incoming phone calls
- Ability to work closely with and get along with others
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Remain composed under pressure and excel in time management
- Spanish speaking huge plus
- Typing/Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependability
