We use advanced CNC and automated machinery, including a CNC sheet metal cutting laser and CNC automated tube bender, with a growing focus on automation to enhance efficiency and precision.
Our Kilgore, Texas facility, established in 2008, has seen consistent growth. About the Role :
As a Design Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer design specificationsare met while adhering to best engineering practices and company processes. Beyond coreresponsibilities, this role offers exciting opportunities to contribute to product development,automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
Core Responsibilities :
- Design complex control systems for desired functionality.
- Develop and utilize tools for selecting mechanical and electrical components.
- Design and validate heat exchangers for optimal pressure drop and capacity.
- Create wiring and piping schematics.
- Generate Bills of Materials and associated process documentation.
- Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot design issues.
- Support new product launches and manufacturing implementation.
