About the Role :
We're seeking a Director of Operations in Longview / Kilgore, TX. This is a key leadership opportunity within the organization. The position includes operational, strategic planning, & execution oversight across multiple departments to champion productivity, profitability, & growth. The right candidate will embody our culture of prioritizing people, safety, quality, common-sense decision-making, & continuous innovation by ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills :
- Bachelors degree in operations management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or refrigeration industry
- Proven experience in manufacturing management (incl. P&L oversight)
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Budgeting expertise to optimize resources
- Customer Service orientation for customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, strategic planning, & execution skills.
