About the Role :
Keeprite Refrigeration is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Longview / Kilgore, TX area. This position is based on the manufacturing floor and focuses on optimizing processes to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Analyze and improve workflow, space utilization, equipment, and stock layout to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and refine tools and processes to maintain and improve product quality.
- Collaborate effectively within a team in a unionized environment to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure efficient use and operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
