About the Role:
We are seeking a refrigeration professional who is interested in transitioning to an office-based role. This position focuses on providing front-line technical support to our sales team, contractors, and customers across a wide range of our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable addressing commercial refrigeration inquiries. In this role, you will be one of the go-to resources for technical advice, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to our product offerings. You may occasionally travel to job sites to assist local refrigeration contractors with more complex challenges. Our product line includes unit coolers/evaporators, condensing units, multi-compressor distributed systems, racks, air-cooled condensers, and fluid coolers. We are looking for someone with a hands-on background in refrigeration who is ready to leverage their technical expertise in a new setting while still contributing directly to solving customer problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support/ troubleshooting expertise for field issues by phone or other electronic means and occasionally in-person
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our sales, contractors, and customers through open and interactive communication.
- Receive, interpret and respond to sales or customer product-related inquiries
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
- Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with fellow team members within and across product groups
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site technical support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Minimum 5 Years of Refrigeration background or related experience
- Hands-on refrigeration application knowledge or field troubleshooting experience
- A Refrigeration License or Mechanical Engineering Technician Graduation Diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
- Commercial Refrigeration experience is considered an asset
- Proven customer support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products and proficient in computer use
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Possess a valid passport with the ability to travel occasionally in the U.S or in Canada

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
