Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with a deep understanding of the jewelry industry. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Recruit, hire, train, and develop new team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively. Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage store budgets and expenses. Maintain a safe and secure store environment. Marketing & Promotions: Participate in marketing and promotional activities. Represent the store at community events and industry functions.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Jewelry Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail industry (minimum 3 years). Extensive knowledge of jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals preferred Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management experience, including training and development. Proficiency in retail software and POS systems. Strong work ethic, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence. High level of professionalism and integrity.
