Keer America is seeking HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This person will work closely with our four-person human resources team, focusing upon onboarding new hires while learning new skills to help build your base of human resources knowledge. This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow within the human resources field and advance their career.
Experience is helpful but motivation, attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow is essential for success in this role.
Key functions include :
- Working with the recruiting manager to screen applicants.
- Help lead onboarding orientation sessions with new hires.
- Handle hiring paperwork for new hires, including I-9 and E-Verify, promptly and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as Customer Service in the human resources department, respecting all employees with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times in a diverse workforce environment and keep all personnel matters confidential.
- Seek opportunities to learn and grow while performing other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will be expected to work to grow their knowledge of the human resources field and learn new skills. In return, the HR team will work with the candidate towards attaining their HR accreditation.
