Growth Creates Opportunity! We Are Seeking An A-Player To Join Our Vibrant Local Business, Which Is Part Of a Progressive Horticultural Organization With National Reach. As An Associate Account Manager, You’ll
- Build and foster relationships with KLM Clients and ensure satisfaction
- Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
- Manage all customer communication within client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
- Partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
- Learn how to maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work with the Operations team in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
- Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
- 1 years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
