Service Technician - $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

Up to $45/Hour based on Hyundai and/or Genesis Certifications and $12,000 Sign-On Bonus paid at $3000 after the first 90 days then $1000 per month for the following 9 months. We are willing to offer up to $1500 Relocation Assistance Reimbursement and COBRA Reimbursement.

As a Service Technician at Keffer Hyundai, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive vehicles brought into our service center. Your primary focus will be delivering efficient and accurate mechanical services while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Performing routine maintenance and services on vehicles according to company standards
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Completing service and repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Adhering to safety and quality standards
• Keeping up-to-date with latest automotive technology and repair techniques
• Communicating with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and recommended maintenance

• Prior experience as an automotive service technician
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications or formal training in automotive technology is a plus
