Job Summary
In support of the Space/Category Manager, the Reset Coordinator actively assists in supervision of retail shelf space for products represented by KEG 1 Colorado, LLC. The Reset Coordinator develops and implements shelf sets consistent with Company standards designed to improve product sales, distribution objectives and product placement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Space/Category Manager to manage accounts in the Company footprint. In these accounts, the Reset Coordinator is expected to build relationships and earn the responsibility to manage the stores cooler set.
- Maintain/update log book of current shelf sets, inclusive of those in which the Company is Shelf Captain as well as all other chain accounts.
- Organize the beer category properly; maintain price flow and segment flow. Have sales data, pricing (if needed), copies of planograms, back tags, etc. when needed.
- Understands all aspects of space planning to satisfy Company standards and expectations/ needs of customers and Company Suppliers.
- Work with the Sales department, specifically Brand Managers, and Suppliers on sets, including but not limited to: set status, new items, pricing, etc.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and/or annual pre-plans to increase shelf space to ensure all products have equal to or greater shelf space than competition.
- Responsible for maintaining fluency in space management software (JDA Space Management), including all released upgrades.
- Execute resets in existing or new accounts. This action will account for resets in 200-300 accounts on an annual basis.
- Attend all scheduled shelf resets as assigned. Assist in coordination of, and attend, all chain resets.
- With a focus on space management, work cross functionally with Salesman and/or Sales Supervisor in the market a minimum of one (1) day a week to determine accounts in which resets would have a substantial impact.
- From time to time, this position may be requested to assist other departments on an as needed basis, including assisting the Delivery function during peak selling periods and/or special projects.

- Education high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience one (1) to three (3) years Shelf/Category Management experience
- Licensing valid Colorado Driver License
