We’re looking for some outgoing, career-oriented Vietnamese Speaking AND Spanish Speaking Customer Service Coordinator professionals to join our client's team. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities
- Proficiently interact with customers on behalf of the company
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Be a part of a group under a Fortune 40 conglomerate
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, help track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Provide quotes for customers
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Customer care skills
- Must have or obtain a license in Property & Casualty - Producer's license
- Spanish bi-lingual speaking required
- Vietnamese bi-lingual speaking required
- Proven work experience as client - customer service representative
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver opportunities tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Associates degree or higher/equivalent

**Base Commission range from 37k-52K with bonuses

Pay: $36,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
