Responsibilities
During your first three months:
During your first three months:
- Identify foam replacement needs for cameras.
- Measure, cut, and replace foam light seals to specification.
- Clean gear as needed to ensure it meets grade standards.
After three months:
- Begin limited assessments of cameras or lenses.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment, aiming for three pieces per week.
- Continue foam replacement and other foundational repair tasks.
Qualifications
We’re looking for applicants who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with photography equipment. Great candidates will bring:

- A willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused environment.
- Professional or hobbyist experience in repair, soldering, troubleshooting, or related fields.
- Mechanical or electronic aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to self-manage and switch between tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions.
- Patience, tact, and confidence when dealing with complex issues.
- Photographic/product knowledge experience (a plus).
