We are seeking a Retail/Fulfillment Associate to work part-time (up to 30 hours a week); you will serve as the vital connection between our retail floor and inventory warehouse, ensuring optimized efficiency and a seamless customer experience. This individual will be responsible for the timely retrieval of inventory upon request of our retail associates. They will also be responsible for the fulfillment of in-store pick-up orders. When they are not assisting the retail store, they will be assisting with fulfillment task such as stocking, picking, and fulfilling.

- Respond promptly to requests from retail associates for specific inventory
- Navigate warehouse efficiently to locate requested items
- Safely package and transport equipment between the warehouse and retail space
- Process orders for in-store pick-up in a timely manner
- Use internal systems to locate items within the inventory warehouse
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always
- Assist in fulfillment operations such as picking, packing, stocking, and cycle counts when not assisting the retail store.

- Ability to handle pressure, stay calm and respond to challenging inquiries
