Primary Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for customer event input including promotional, new items, and distributions. This role is accountable for successful execution entry into our Advanced Order Management (AOM) system. This Supply Chain Analyst assists KeHE Supply Chain team members with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data related to the customer. Essential Functions
- End to end event input into Advanced Order Management (AOM) system including master events and store ship order allocations
- Provide real-time visibility to store level allocation shipments
- Implement smooth and efficient business processes that support and integrate with the customer
- Leveraging relationships with KeHE cross-functional personnel
- Maintain and delivery event trackers for all activities to Customer Supply Chain team
- Process all inventory disposition distributions through AOM system
- Provide analytical support for the Customer Supply Chain team
- Communicate and coordinate event changes with KeHE Demand and Purchasing team
- Provide real-time event store level allocation shipment validation and reporting
- Create a cross-functional environment with clear expectations and transparency
- Manage store level ship order allocation deltas to spread outbound volume accurately
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with KeHE Customer Care as needed for the store order changes
- Achieve overall event-based readiness targets
- Achieve event-based customer service level targets
- Ensure 100% AOM accuracy
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Analytics preferred
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI's
- Outstanding analytical skills with a demonstrated success in organizing, analyzing and accurately interpreting a large amount of data
- Experience with AS400 systems and Cognos is strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word skills
- A demonstrated passion for training, process, and procedure
- Prior food industry experience and/or code sensitive product environment is preferred
