Primary Responsibilities
The UX / UI Designer partners with our engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to practice high-level research strategy across multiple product teams while guiding the execution to align with KeHE’s vision. With help from the design team, you will support and champion the process for developing a cohesive experience across applications by maintaining a living style guide and pattern library. As an integral part of the product development team, a UI / UX Designer works with product teams to ensure teams are delivering a customer-focused experience that drives business outcome by advocating UX methodologies and techniques.
Embedded within the product and engineering teams, the UX / UI Designer facilitates design thinking workshops, creates and carries out research plans, and designs interactive and visual design solutions including wireframes, UI design comps, specifications, and interactive prototypes. This critical team member enables the delivery of high-quality enterprise and customer facing products, rapidly and iteratively.
