Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of milling, packaging, receiving, and shipping. Must create and oversee production schedules, staff, and quality control measures to optimize productivity and quality across all aspects of the operation. Responsible for ensuring all products are produced efficiently and on time, and to the required quality standards of our customers. Must ensure that productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and quality are top priority.

Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between General Manager and staff, develop and implement procedures and controls to promote communication and accurate information flow within the company
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Operate a crew to ensure that all of the functions of the warehouse are completed correctly
- Training new team members on general operations as well as expectations for quality and timeliness of completing tasks
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Build and promote teamwork throughout the facility
- Responsible for maintaining a comfortable work environment and positive attitude amongst employees
- Planning and organizing the production and packing schedule around customer order requirements
- Maintain the production schedule to achieve maximum efficiency and throughput while maintaining quality standards for production
- Increase efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Able to adapt to changing timelines as needed; handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines
- Oversee and ensure that inventory is tracked and accurately accounted for
- Responsible for overseeing the food safety practices of all staff members, and assist in maintaining the employee-driven food safety culture within the company
- Maintain organized warehouses
- Participate in routine meetings, which will include production, safety, and training
- Regular attendance and work appropriate number of hours to get the essential functions completed
- Available while not on site for occasional check-in and able to answer questions and direct crew while off-shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
