Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director to lead Teachers and Support Families and their Children in our Learning Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Early Childhood Education. This leadership role requires a focussed thinker who can manage and supervise staff while ensuring the highest quality of child care in a safe learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the early learning program and set appropriate program and staff expectations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with families, staff and the community.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and staff to implement necessary improvements.

Cleared background check through DCYF
30 Hours Basic S.T.A.R.S Training
Current TB Test
Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid
Bloodborne Pathogens/HIV Training
Food Handlers Card
High School Diploma
Copy of your Immunizations
Have two years of experience as a Teacher of children in any age group
Have at least six months experience in administration or management
ECE Initial Certificate or ECE State Certificate or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
