Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal, based in Baltimore, MD, with some work from home acceptable. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in the preparation of pleadings and motions. The role includes managing case files, maintaining client communications, and supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation. The firm handles primarily medical malpractice and civil rights matters. Familarity and experience with Plaintiff litigation is preferred.
The firm offers a four day work week and competitive pay based on experience. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity and growth with the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in conducting Legal Research
- Experience with Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Prior experience in a litigation law firm is a plus
