The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in the delivery of educational programs and services through:
- Training faculty and staff
- Managing faculty and staff
- Monitoring and maintaining curricula
- Managing the delivery of educational services
- Overseeing and monitoring student performance
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The Associate Dean must have a minimum of a Master's Degree with academic experience. Teaching experience at the college level preferred.
