What are the responsibilities and job description for the Histotechnology Faculty Full time position at Keiser University 2?
**THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION**
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
Preparing course plans and materials
Delivering courses
Monitoring progress/attendance
Advising students
Recording grades and submitting reports
To be compliant with the NAACLS requirements for Histotechnology faculty, applicants should possess the following:
- minimum Baccalaureate degree (Master's preferred)
- hold an ASCP‐BOC or ASCPi-BOC certification as a Histotechnologist or Histotechnician
- teach effectively at the appropriate level
- hold an active Florida Department of Health Clinical Laboratory Personnel license as Histotechnician or Histotechnologist
