Keish Environmental is seeking an experienced Structures Inspector to join our team for a high-impact transit infrastructure construction management assignment in San Jose, California. This is a multi-year opportunity to contribute to a major public works project that will shape the region’s future mobility and infrastructure.
As a key field team member, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and safety standards across all stages of construction. If you’re a skilled inspector with a strong background in transit or highway projects, we want to hear from you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities- Inspect structural components and identify any deficiencies or risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Monitor construction materials and workmanship for quality assurance
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify issue resolution
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to inspection protocols
- Stay current with industry trends and tools
- 5 years of structural inspection experience
- Experience with highway or transit infrastructure projects required
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended field shifts
- Proficient in inspection tools, software, and construction documentation
- Knowledge of structural codes and construction standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Strong commitment to safety and construction excellence
