Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload for national and regional creditors in consumer debt collection, and replevins.
- Oversee the review and approval of pleadings, motions, and executions.
- Represent creditors in court hearings, negotiate settlements, and file lawsuits.
- Provide legal updates and advisory services to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend court hearings, client audits, and professional conferences.
- Manage the Indiana office with comprehensive support from the firm.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience in consumer and commercial debt collection is a plus
- Strong knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations.
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana (additional licenses a plus).
- Ability to travel for court appearances across Indiana.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
