As the Director of Civil Engineering you will :
- Lead and manage the civil engineering department, overseeing a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff.
- Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to secure new business and expand our market presence.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as our geospatial group, planning and landscape architecture, transportation, and construction management to deliver comprehensive, trans-disciplinary solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all projects.
