Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and customers. As an Inside Sales Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and helping meet company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer requirements are met with all required documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders notices, order notice changes, and chassis spec reviews.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations in line with company policies.
- Coordinating with plant on build schedules, notifying of new orders, prioritized orders, and updated chassis ETAs.
- Daily communication with dealers providing updates on orders.
- Assist with order tracking, billing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
- Management of SPIRO in compliance on Inside Sales Process.
- Management of stock chassis documentations and updates.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents as required.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Monitor and report on sales trends, customer feedback, and potential sales leads.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensure that product availability information is up to date.
- Working knowledge of Huber Inside Sales Representative to provide support in the event of absence.
- All other responsibilities assigned by Huber Leadership at their discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SPIRO software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
