Car Sales Executive - Used Car Dealership

We are a fast-growing independent used car dealership, selling 50-70 cars a month, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. Our dealership offers a competitive earning potential with an average salary of $112,000 to $160,000 annually. We are looking for someone with prior experience in an independent used car dealership who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process with excellent customer service.

Handle and answer incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms, and follow up with potential customers.

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Present financing and warranty options to customers.

Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in an independent used car dealership.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle and manage multiple customer leads.

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
