Assembler I / Welder I
Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Thursday Overtime required.
We provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales, and rolls. Our state-of-the-art production facility operates using Lean Manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools, testing devices, gauges, and other equipment.
- Tack-weld or weld components and assemblies using welding equipment.
- Understand proper quality weld standards (including slag removal).
- Read and follow specified layouts, procedures, and operating charts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
- Perform inspection duties for KEITH Quality Control standards by inspecting grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using precision measuring instruments.
- Meet agreed-upon manufacturing goals in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required).
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Some welding and assembly experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of welding equipment and accessories.
- Able to read tape measure and use precision measurement tools.
- Able to read and follow blueprints.
- Must be comfortable and willing to have varied work that may change each day, potentially several times throughout the day.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
- Lift 25 lbs. repetitively.
- Production facility exposed to continual machine noise.
- Exposure to intense light and hot material.

- Variety of machinery, grinder, and forklift.
