Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Keith MFG Company. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and attaching components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision measurement tools and the ability to read tape measures. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and attach components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools.
• Test devices, gauges, and other equipment to form complete units.
• Perform inspection duties for quality control.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding setup and operating sequences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required).
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to read tape measure and use precision measurement tools.
• Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
