CNC Machine Set-Up Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specific machines during machine production;
• Loading and unloading material or parts from the machine;
• Making minor adjustments to the machine controls;
• Performing repetitive operations on required machinery in the area;
• Reading and following specified layouts, procedures, and operating charts;
• Inspecting completed parts to meet quality control standards;

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age;
• Minimum 1-year experience;
• Proficient in reading tape measure, pressure gauge, level, square, and calipers;
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required);
• Pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug test;
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future;

Physical Requirements

The ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time; lifting 25 lbs. repetitively and up to 60 lbs.
