What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Clerical Assistant position at Keith Monument Company?

If you are have great customer service and phone skills, basic knowledge of various computer programs, and have some clerical experience, we want to hear from you!
The selected applicant must be reliable, able to work in a team environment; including receiving directives from various managers. Possess an approachable, engaging and helpful attitude, and maintain a neat, welcoming work environment. Must have a minimum of 1 year of office experience.
Starting pay $13.00.
Tasks will include but aren't limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate party
- Problem solving
- Organizing invoices for payment
- Assisting sales staff and team members
- Mailing out various correspondence; letters, brochures, etc.
- Various other duties as needed
Ability to work M-F during typical daytime business hours. Nights and weekends generally not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
