Facility Manager - Special Projects

Business & building management.

Shift: Monday - Friday, Ono call as needed

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of special projects assigned by the President or VP of Operations, including projects involving new customer launches, performance monitoring, customer satisfaction, strategic improvement and records management
• Responsible for addressing existing Operational issues & communicating On-Site Opportunities and launch requirements
• Facilities oversight; construction, repair, ongoing maintenance, etc
• 24/7 primary point of contact for all facilities break downs, repairs, etc
• Priority daily dialogue with President, Account Relationship Mngr., Customers
• Prepare agenda items, periodic and summary reports on all areas of responsibility
• Identify suitable areas for strategic improvement in specific services, develop plans to initiate improvements, coordinate implementation of those plans and monitor and report on the results.
• Serve on committees, task forces, evaluation groups and negotiating teams as assigned by the President or VP of Operations.
• Provides Professional Interface with Customers representing Page at all times.
• Stays current with Industry technology updates understands core competencies & recognizes opportunities and risks.
