Position Summary __________________________________________________________________________We are seeking an
experienced and creative Videographer
to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for someone who loves capturing and producing engaging visual content across multiple formats, including podcasts, YouTube videos, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), and live events.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, fun, and highly skilled in videography, video editing, and audio setup. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities __________________________________________________________________________
Video Production & Filming : Capture high-quality footage for podcasts, YouTube content, VSLs, and live events.Set up and manage recording equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio systems.Film engaging ad reads, lifestyle content, and event coverage.
Post-Production Editing : Edit video and audio using professional editing software to create polished and compelling content.Incorporate graphics, transitions, and effects to maintain brand consistency.Reformat and optimize video content for multiple platforms, including social media.
Equipment Management : Maintain and transport video and audio equipment, ensuring everything is in excellent working condition.
Social Media Content Creation : Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media platforms.Collaborate on strategies to increase engagement through visual storytelling.
Project Management : Stay organized and meet deadlines by updating project management tools (e.g., Asana) with deliverables and timelines.
Event Filming & Support : Travel to and film at live events, ensuring seamless setup and production.Provide on-the-go direction and support during shoots to capture the best footage possible.
Qualifications __________________________________________________________________________
Key Competencies : The ideal candidate is a meticulous and versatile professional who orchestrates seamless production processes, from setup to post-production, ensuring high-quality content delivery across multiple platforms. He or she has previous experience and has the following competencies :
Experience :
Proven experience in videography, video editing, and production, particularly for podcasts, YouTube, VSLs, and live events.
Technical Proficiency : Skilled in operating cameras, lights, and audio equipment.Proficient in post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Basic knowledge of Photoshop for creating thumbnails, graphics, and overlays.
Social Media Savvy :
Experience optimizing and editing video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Outgoing Personality :
Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable working with others on and off camera.
Organization & Communication :
Strong project management and organizational skills to keep deliverables on track.
Adaptability :
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently.
