Summary: We seek an experienced Total Rewards and Performance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our organization's compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in HR and a strong background in total rewards and performance management. This role will oversee the philosophy, design, and execution of our performance and rewards strategies.

Rewards Strategy & Execution:
- We are B2B SaaS Platform pre-dominantly into the HR Space, helping companies and employees w.r.t time, attendance, performance management, payroll management, onboarding and hiring module
- This is one of those products which any HR would need to automate his/her process in any organization
- 8 years since we have entered the market, and we do have a client base of around 8500 at present domestically and now we are planning to expand to the US Market
- Some of our clients are OYO, RR, Dream11, One , shadi.com and so on. We have recently received Series funding of $57 million as well which is highest in the SaaS world.
- Company Valuation: 200 million Approximately
- Annual Revenue as of 2024: 13-14 million USD
- 60-65% Year-on year growth
- Highest funding in the SaaS Space so far.

Key Responsibilities
Rewards Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values.
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation packages, ensuring they attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Manage and rationalize the variable pay, performance-linked pay, and bonus programs to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design incentive programs that drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive within its industry.
- Regularly audit and review compensation and benefits programs to maintain accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
- Ensure that benefits programs are aligned with employee needs while being cost-effective and compliant with all applicable regulations.
- Continuously assess and refine the benefits offering to remain attractive to current and prospective employees.
- Partner with key stakeholders to refine and execute the organization's performance management framework.
- Provide guidance and oversight on the performance-linked pay process to ensure it rewards the right behaviours and outcomes.
- Ensure that performance management tools and processes are consistently applied across the organization to promote fairness and transparency.
- Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop governance frameworks and policies to standardize rewards and performance management processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, legal updates, and best practices to inform decision-making and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to ensure alignment between rewards and performance initiatives and broader business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and other team members on compensation, benefits, and performance management issues.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on total rewards and performance topics, helping to shape the organization's approach to talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on total rewards and performance management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, with an emphasis on consistency and equity.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market benchmarking and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and levels.
