Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of employee retention.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
- Make employment and termination decisions.
- Fulfill all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in management, preferably in full-service or fast-casual restaurants.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work 50-60 hours per week.
