Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and culinary support.
- Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored after cleaning.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Support banquet and catering operations by efficiently managing dishware used for events.
- Assist with bussing tables when necessary to maintain a smooth workflow in the dining area.
Requirements
