Breakfast Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is cooked to perfection and presented to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Assist servers in taking orders, expediting food, and delivering dishes to tables.
• Prepare recipes and plate presentations according to standard procedures within 8-10 minutes.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized server line area, including utensils, containers, and surfaces.

Requirements:

• Available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent grooming habits and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
