Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Expo to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position also requires a strong understanding of food safety and handling, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and servers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status, special requests, or any issues that arise.
- Support servers by assisting with bussing tables and refilling beverages as needed.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
