Floating Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant manager to lead our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, Fast casual dining, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of food production, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding performance
- Collaborate with General managers to achieve operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests

Experience:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry
- Strong background in fast casual or upscale restaurant environments
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with banquet services and event planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members
