Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in ensuring that our patrons have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning tables and resetting for the next service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.75 per hour
