Kelaca is looking for an Implementation Manager for our client partner in Raleigh, NC . We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead their CRM implementation projects for clients in Financial Services Domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all implementation phases
- Manage a team of Implementation Analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with delivery teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful project execution
- Configure and customize CRM software to meet specific business requirements
- Train end-users on CRM system functionality and best practices
- Ensure integrity and accuracy if requirement documents
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for business insights
- Integrate CRM systems with other business applications
- Monitor and evaluate CRM system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- To create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and post-implementation reviews
