Kelaca is looking for a Senior Deal Management Analyst for a remote position primarily covering US and / or EMEA time zones. The role reports to the Director of Deal Management within the Revenue Operations team.
The Revenue Operations & Enablement team is a strategic partner to the Revenue Organization, responsible for GTM insights, strategy, technology, and enablement. Within this team, the Deal Management group acts as a centralized advisory function, partnering with Sales and other stakeholders to construct complex and non-standard deals. The team's mission is to improve sales efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate deal closure.
Role Description (Responsibilities)
The Senior Deal Management Analyst will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and manage the internal workflow for each deal in progress. Key responsibilities include :
Guiding deal structuring, pricing, and contracting to ensure compliance with corporate governance.
Constructing and preparing customer-ready quotes, proposals, and order forms.
Collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and other teams to expedite deals and optimize processes.
Responding to customer and field inquiries related to quotes, orders, and contracts.
Maintaining accurate customer records and data in internal systems.
Participating in Sales QBRs and Forecast calls.
Assisting in the creation and updating of training materials.
Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Hard Skills
5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-tech company.
3 years in a deal desk or deal management function.
BS / BA in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Salesforce.com experience (Dealhub experience is a plus).
Strong Excel proficiency for quote and order construction.
Ability to manage multi-currency, subscription terms, and complex deal constructs.
Understanding of forecast analytics (preferred).
