Rental - Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Rental/Service Coordinator to fill an opening in our Butler location.

The position includes a wide range of duties:

• Check-in & check-out rental & sales equipment, to include making sure the unit is ready to go to work.
• Verify accessibility and accuracy of appropriate paperwork.
• Operation of forklift & construction equipment to perform duties above. (will train)
• Open workorders for rental equipment in need of service.
• Liaison between sales and service department on in-house service jobs.
• Assist service manager with warranty and campaign tracking.
• Keep the attachment and light equipment rental fleet organized.
• Other tasks as determined by the Sales and Service Managers.

Position Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to details.
• Intermediate or better computer skills.
• An assertive and positive attitude.
• An ethical approach to business at all times.
• Ability to work outside regardless of weather.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb up and down from construction equipment.
• Experience in the construction equipment industry is not necessary but helpful.
