About the Role: As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients on their wellness journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Care & Coordination – Greet patients with enthusiasm, guide them through their visits, and ensure a welcoming, supportive environment.
- Red Light Therapy Support – Conduct consultations, perform progress assessments, and educate patients on the benefits of red light therapy (training provided).
- Care Plan & Financial Discussions – Confidently review and discuss personalized care plans and financial commitments in a compassionate and transparent manner.
- Nutritional & Lifestyle Coaching – Provide basic health and wellness education to support patients’ holistic health goals (training provided).
- Social Media Management – Run our social media platforms, engage with our community, and share valuable health and wellness content.
- Monthly Newsletter – Write and manage our Kelbel Health Practice Members Newsletter to keep our community informed and inspired.
- Office Support & Scheduling – Manage phone calls, scheduling, emails, and administrative tasks to keep our practice running smoothly.

Hours & Compensation:
- Full or Part-Time Available
- $16-$22/hour, depending on experience (additional pay opportunities available)
- Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-6:15PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
