About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the care of our red light therapy patients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and outcomes. You will:
- Conduct consultations and exams to assess patient needs.
- Review and discuss the doctor’s personalized care plans with patients, ensuring they fully understand their treatment path.
- Confidently guide patients through financial commitments in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Perform progress assessments and communicate with the doctor to adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide nutritional and lifestyle coaching to support holistic health goals.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong ability to educate and motivate patients in their wellness journey.
- Confidence in discussing financial commitments with transparency and care.
- Passion for red light therapy and/or holistic healing methods (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
