Temperature Control Systems (a division of Kele Companies), a multi-branch, nationwide distributor of commercial / industrial HVAC controls, burner / boiler controls and building automation systems, is in search of a Branch Manager to lead the team and oversee operations while ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that the company’s objectives are met.

Responsibilities
- Leads associates to work as a team
- Ensures that the team delivers exceptional customer service
- Leads and manages the team to increase sales to customers by proactively offering the company’s products and services
- Services inbound sales calls and walk-in customers; receives and submits product orders
- Identifies parts and pricing, and suggests additional products as appropriate to the customer
- Provides product quotes, order entry, order follow up, product and application information, technical support and other requests as required by the customer
- Develops working knowledge of products in the catalog and other products our vendors offer
- Recommends / implements corrective services and initiates actions to address customer concerns
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations for direct reports
- Analyzes, approves and controls expenditures of areas of responsibility to conform to budgetary requirements
- Directs warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping of every customer order
- Oversees inventory control to ensure all physical locations and inventory counts are correct, stocking locations are up-to-date and properly labeled, and cycle count processes are followed
- Oversees physical warehouse facility and equipment and recommends changes in allocation of space, racking, shelving, layout, etc.
- Develops, implements, and monitors department operating policies and procedures that will ensure effective and efficient production while meeting company mission
- Ensures team members follow company policy and guidelines
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing budgetary statuses and other pertinent information
- Purchasing and vendor relationship management
