Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing & Campaigns

We’re looking for a data-driven, technically fluent Campaign Manager to lead the development of a world-class customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue. This role blends marketing strategy, systems thinking, and performance analytics—ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and technical spaces.
You’ll own the full lifecycle—from campaign design and configuration to execution and optimization—leveraging deep experience across Salesforce’s marketing ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to incremental revenue growth by creating smart, scalable campaigns that are personalized, precise, and profitable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end strategy, build, and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
- Identify high-value campaign opportunities using behavioral data, segmentation models, and commercial goals.
- Architect automated, cross-channel journeys that connect email, web, and other channels through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization.
- Leverage first-party and third-party data using Salesforce Data Cloud to drive targeting, personalization, and conversion.
- Apply data science principles and testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance, inform discount strategies, and identify growth levers.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyze results, and present insights to senior leaders with clarity and commercial acumen.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Analytics to align messaging, promotions, and touchpoints with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Oversee the marketing campaign calendar and email operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of campaign specialists and coordinators.
What You Bring
- 7 years of marketing experience, including B2B eCommerce campaign management and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success delivering incremental revenue and measurable lift through multi-channel campaign strategy and execution.
- Strong engineering mindset with the ability to architect connected campaign logic across tools and systems.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization.
- Proficiency with marketing performance dashboards and tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Analytical and curious, with a data scientist’s mindset—skilled at uncovering insights, testing hypotheses, and translating analysis into action.
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and confidently present to leadership.
- A collaborative team leader with a knack for mentoring and cross-functional alignment.
