What are the responsibilities and job description for the Panel Tech Trainee position at Kele Companies?

We are currently hiring for the role of Panel Tech Trainee.
- Prepares panel enclosures for panel build process;
- Prewires panel when appropriate;
- Cuts, strips, and mounts wire to connect electrical units;
- Installs basic electrical assemblies and hardware in housing;
- Plans, constructs, and assembles test panels for experimental and production testing;
- Assembles basic wires, insulation, and electrical components, such as transformers and relays, following method layouts;
- Assembles and tests control devices, switch panels, transformers and other electrical equipment and components;
- Reviews project instructions and blueprints to ascertain specifications;
- Keeps work area clean and in 5S condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to learn and use company software, including Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Visio, and scheduling software;
- Ability to work in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy in all transactions and to meet and maintain the position’s production requirements.
