Assistant Warehouse Lead
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Lead to help guide our dynamic team in Hialeah. In this role, you will take an active part in managing daily operations and supervising the team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
This is an onsite position, requiring attendance at our facility five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including Shipping, Receiving, and Driving departments.
- Supervise employees, delegate tasks, and ensure team productivity and morale remain high.
- Lead hiring and training of new warehouse staff to build a skilled, cohesive team.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach employees, and address conflicts to promote a positive and productive workplace.
- Manage the accurate acceptance, recording, and tracking of incoming tools and equipment in the database.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and direct customer interactions.
- Coordinate equipment preparation for local deliveries, pickups, and shipments with third-party couriers.
- Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
- Regularly lift and move boxes and equipment—must be able to easily lift 40 lbs. This is a physically demanding position requiring stamina and strength.
- Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on team performance and operations.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a leadership or other supervisory role (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to support operations and delegate tasks effectively.
- Experience assisting with performance reviews, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support strong customer and employee relationships.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid state driver's license (must be at least 21 years old).
- A clean driving record within the past 3 years (required).
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
