Position Summary
The Account Executive, Content & Editorial leads client communications and content initiatives within Kellen's Marketing, Membership & Strategic Partnerships (MMS) department. Reporting to the Director of Content & Editorial, the AE drives multi-platform content strategies, manages client relationships, and oversees projects from concept to execution.
Essential Functions
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of newsletters, magazines, blogs, and social content.
- Manage content programs aligned with client goals (e.g., membership growth, engagement, retention).
- Oversee the production and distribution of print and digital publications, working closely with printers, mail houses, and other vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct market research to inform content strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce consistent, high-impact content.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, adhering to AP Style guidelines.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and create actionable reports.
- Manage content budgets and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary client contact for content initiatives.
